Terms
Website terms of use
Last updated: 10 July 2026
By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Status and public identity
D’Key Advanced Studies is the current public-facing identity of a developing private education and research initiative within the wider D’Key ecosystem. It is not an approved UK university, does not hold university title or degree-awarding powers, and does not issue degrees, regulated qualifications, or professional licences.
The retained website address does not indicate recognised university status or approval to operate under a university business or trading name. Any future change in institutional status will be stated only after the relevant approval has been obtained.
Educational purpose
Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, therapeutic, or other regulated professional advice or representation.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee access, completion, certification, commercial results, dispute outcomes, regulatory outcomes, or any other result from using the website or learning material.
Responsible use
You remain responsible for your decisions, compliance obligations, deadlines, and use of any information. Where professional advice is required, consult a suitably qualified and authorised professional.
Pathway status and access
Pathways may be concepts, pilots, limited-access programmes, or future proposals. We may amend, postpone, restrict, or discontinue any pathway. A form submission does not create enrolment, membership, a contract, or an entitlement to access.
Future paid offers
No payment is requested through this version of the website. Any future paid offer will be subject to separate pre-contract information covering the provider, price, scope, access, cancellation rights, delivery arrangements, and applicable terms.
Ecosystem separation
D’Key Advanced Studies is part of the wider D’Key ecosystem. Each branch retains its own purpose, records, finances, terms, and operating responsibilities. The Republic of D’Key is a private constitutional, civic, cultural, and educational framework; it is not a state, public authority, court, regulator, or substitute for UK law.
Conduct
Access may be refused or withdrawn where conduct is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, disruptive, or inconsistent with published pathway requirements.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, site text, branding, pathway outlines, and original educational materials are protected intellectual property belonging to their respective D’Key rights holder. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or redistribute protected materials without written permission.
Availability and changes
We may change the website, these terms, or any developing pathway. Material changes will be dated on this page.
